This project began with the redesign of a boring, outdated logo. I wanted the restaurant to retain its identity but modernize it, so I used typefaces and colors similar to the original. I included a Hispanic-style sun design into “Nuvo.”
Next, I decided to create a burrito-shaped, die-cut menu. This is a fun-to-look at piece for a casual dining restaurant. I used a color palette that complements the logo and put photographs in bowl-like shapes to indicate the idea of enticing food.
